Here’s a pic of a fantastic burger birthday cake that I received today from one of my work colleagues. The ‘bun’ is an almond sponge with toasted almonds for the seeds on top, the ‘meat’ is a chocolate fudge cake, while the lettuce, tomato and cheese is made from different coloured marzipan – looks great, doesn’t it? Tasted great too!
